Famiglia Ink emblem BOOK NOW

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR IDEA

Terms & Conditions

A clear guide to using our website and starting a conversation about your next tattoo.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Using this website

This website introduces Famiglia Ink, its artists, and their work. You may browse it and send a genuine tattoo inquiry. Please do not misuse the form, impersonate someone else, send unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website's operation.

2. Sharing your tattoo idea

The booking form lets you ask an artist to contact you about a tattoo idea. Tell us about the project and any useful preferences. The information helps start a consultation; it is not a purchase, medical consultation, or commitment to perform a tattoo.

3. A request is not an appointment

Submitting a request, receiving a submission ID, or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not reserve a date or confirm an appointment. Any appointment arrangements are discussed separately with the studio or artist. Please keep your submission ID when following up.

4. Responses and artist availability

An artist normally aims to respond within three business days, as indicated on the form. This is an expected response window, not a guarantee of acceptance, availability, or a particular appointment date. Artists may discuss changes, recommend another artist, or decline a project based on suitability, availability, safety, or other legitimate studio considerations.

5. Accurate contact details

Please use your own current contact information and review your request before submitting. Let the studio know if something important changes. We cannot reliably respond if the email address or phone number is incorrect.

6. Reference images and permissions

Only upload material you are entitled to share for this inquiry. Do not upload private information about another person without permission. You give Famiglia Ink and its service providers permission to store and use submitted material to review and respond to your request. This does not transfer ownership of your material or grant permission to publish it as marketing content. Reference images provide inspiration; submitting an image does not promise that another artist's work will be copied.

7. Artwork and website content

The studio's branding, artist work, photographs, and other site content belong to their respective owners. Browsing the website does not give permission to reproduce, sell, or claim that work as your own. Contact the studio before reusing material beyond uses permitted by law.

8. Pricing and appointment conditions

Pricing, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and any other appointment-specific conditions will be communicated separately by the artist or studio. This website does not establish a deposit percentage, refund promise, cancellation window, or minimum tattoo price. Review the conditions discussed with the studio before making a commitment.

9. Age, health and procedure consent

Any tattoo procedure is subject to applicable Massachusetts requirements and the Town of Saugus Board of Health's body-art rules, including eligibility, identification, safety, and consent requirements. Discuss eligibility and any relevant health considerations directly with the studio before arranging a procedure. The studio may require additional information and separate procedure consent.

The website's request acknowledgments are not medical advice, tattoo procedure consent, or aftercare instructions. They do not replace an in-person consultation or any required studio forms. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health publishes model body-art guidance; local requirements must be confirmed for Saugus rather than assumed from another town.

10. Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep the site and booking service available, but outages, maintenance, delivery delays, spam filtering, and third-party service failures can occur. The website uses Netlify and Supabase, and external links may lead to independently operated services. If you do not receive a response, contact the studio rather than assuming an appointment has been arranged.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

Use the website with reasonable care and do not rely on it for urgent or medical matters. To the extent permitted by law, Famiglia Ink is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site or inquiry process changes. The last-updated date identifies this version. Separately agreed appointment conditions are not replaced merely by a website update. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of request information.

13. Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by Massachusetts law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. For questions, write to Famiglia Ink, 350 Central St., Saugus, MA 01906.
